What you said about feeling like a bad mother is exactly why I wrote the article. I just wanted to be a suggestion to that mom that perhaps it isn't what it seems, and to not feel so bad. And you are completely correct about the toddler behavior... absolutely not allowed for any other race. And I fear that now that she is part of the LGBTQ+ community her entitlement will just grow because she is so binary, she probably believes she is no longer privileged.
